Celebrating the Fourth? Here's when and where fireworks are permitted in Williston

Residents may set off fireworks within Williston's city limits from July 4 through 1:00 a.m. on July 5 under Sec. 8-13 of the City of Williston Code of Ordinances. Please remember to be safe - Keep water or a hose nearby in case of any fires, and kindly pick up any fireworks debris after celebrating to help keep our community clean and safe.

For those who prefer to leave the fireworks shows to the professionals, Williston will have two fireworks displays this year:

The first show, courtesy of TNT Fireworks, will take place on Tuesday, July 3, 2018, at the Williston Basin Speedway (located at the Upper Missouri Fairground) after the stock car races.

The second show, courtesy of Save the 4th of July Sponsors and Explosive Enterprises, will begin at 11:00 p.m. on July 4, 2018, at the Upper Missouri Fairgrounds. Admission is free.
